Mr. Serowka is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He specializes in advising clients on M&A, capital raising, and other corporate finance engagements within the insurance and wealth management sectors. Mr. Serowka is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Serowka’s notable transaction experience includes advising NSM Insurance Group on the sale of its U.S. commercial insurance division to New Mountain Capital; Winged Keel Group on its strategic investment from GTCR; Simplicity Group on its majority investment from SkyKnight Capital and Dragoneer Investment Group; DOXA Insurance on its sale to Goldman Sachs Asset Management; Prime Capital Financial on its minority investment from Abry Partners; CAC Specialty and Cobbs Allen on their merger to form CAC Group; and Crouse and Associates on its sale to Ryan Specialty.
Previously, Mr. Serowka was an Associate at Waller Helms Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. He began his career at CNA Financial in its Corporate Development team.
Mr. Serowka holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
