Mr. Coraci is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, restructurings, and acquisitions. Mr. Coraci is based in the firm’s Houston office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Coraci was a Finance Director at the Riverstone Holdings portfolio company Extol Energy, based in Austin, Texas. While at Extol, he focused on originating, evaluating, and structuring asset and platform acquisitions and financings in the merchant power sector. Furthermore, he was responsible for managing the FP&A of the firm’s portfolio investments, including the Northeast and Montana regions of Talen Energy.
Prior to Extol, Mr. Coraci was an investment banker at Ondra Partners, a boutique cross-border advisory firm focused on providing holistic capital markets and strategic advisory services to clients in the healthcare and industrials sectors in the U.S. and internationally. He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Real Estate, Lodging, and Leisure coverage group at Credit Suisse in New York.
Mr. Coraci holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
