Mr. Lines is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and specialises in advising companies and private equity firms on PLC transactions and M&A, particularly takeovers and IPOs. Mr. Lines’ broad transactional experience includes both public and private companies in the support services, technology, leisure, and recruitment sectors. He is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Previously, Mr. Lines was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Lines holds a BA in English from the University of Manchester. He also holds the Securities and Investment Institute Diploma and is a member of the Securities Institute. Mr. Lines has been awarded the ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification.
