Mr. Rablen is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group. He is based in the firm's London office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rablen spent nearly a decade as a Director in Investec’s Leveraged Finance team, focusing on deal origination and the oversight of debt financing for UK middle-market M&A transactions and refinancings.
Previously, he spent almost nine years at Lloyds Bank, having held a number of roles in Operational Management, Consumer, and Corporate Banking. His last four years were spent within Acquisition Finance, where he focused on the European and UK middle-market private equity space.
Mr. Rablen holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Manchester.
