Mr. Skluzak is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Dispute Resolution Consulting and Financial Expert Opinions practice. He focuses on providing valuation and financial consulting services in connection with dispute resolution. Mr. Skluzak is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Skluzak has provided consulting services for complex litigations, including those involving dissenting shareholder disputes, ERISA valuation disputes, and economic damages. He has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, including technology, professional sports, financial services, telecommunications, and industrial services.
Mr. Skluzak has served as a contributing author for several valuation publications and associations, including Business Valuation Review, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and Law360. He has also presented on valuation issues at the American Society of Appraisers International Conference.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Skluzak served as a senior associate at the Griffing Group, a boutique consulting firm, specializing in Delaware Court of Chancery matters.
Mr. Skluzak graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the discipline of business valuation with the American Society of Appraisers.
