Mr. Tracey is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s FinTech Group and co-leads the European Financial Services & Technology team. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Tracey has more than 15 years of experience advising businesses involved in advice, distribution, software, services, and data within the key financial services verticals of insurance, asset and wealth management, lending, and capital markets. Clients include private and public companies, private equity and financial investors, founders, and entrepreneurs. Mr. Tracey’s experience is international and includes a broad spectrum of M&A transactions and fundraisings.
Mr. Tracey joined Houlihan Lokey as part of the acquisition of Quayle Munro in 2018. He started his corporate finance career at Hawkpoint.
Mr. Tracey holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Durham University.
