Mr. Wertheimer is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, working across a broad range of technology sectors. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Mr. Wertheimer was a Vice President at Bryan, Garnier & Co., which was acquired by Stifel in 2025. He joined Bryan, Garnier & Co. in 2018, where he evolved from Junior Analyst to Vice President during his seven-year tenure.
Prior to Bryan, Garnier & Co, Mr. Wertheimer had previous internship experience at Ardian. He has extensive transaction experience in corporate finance focused on technology, having completed more than 20 transactions—including M&A, LBO, public takeovers, and fundraisings—globally.
Mr. Wertheimer holds a Master of Finance from Imperial College Business School and a Master of Economics and Applied Mathematics from École nationale de la statistique et de l’administration économique de Paris (ENSAE ParisTech).
