Mr. Latka is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He is based in the firm’s Zurich office.
Previously, Mr. Latka worked at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he gained experience in corporate finance and M&A at UniCredit Bank, goetzpartners, and KPMG.
Mr. Latka holds a B.A. in Banking and Finance from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, an M.A. in Strategic Management and Law from Management Center Innsbruck, and an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from Kingston University London. While earning his bachelor’s degree, he was a Corporate Finance student at UnitCreditBank via his dual-study program.
