Mr. Mullen is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business and is active in the firm’s Fund Opinions practice. He is based in Houlihan Lokey’s Chicago office.
Mr. Mullen has more than a decade of experience assisting companies, boards of directors, special committees, financial sponsors, and other constituents in analyzing potential transactions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinoffs, asset sales, strategic alternatives assessments, and ESOP-related transactions.
Mr. Mullen is also experienced in business and securities valuations and valuation-related matters across a variety of industries, with particular expertise in rendering fairness, solvency, and other transaction-based opinions.
Mr. Mullen graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin with a B.B.A. in Finance and a concentration in History.
