Mr. Suarez Ferrara is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s FinTech Group, focused on M&A advisory and capital raising for high-growth financial technology companies. He has more than a decade of investment banking experience. Mr. Suarez Ferrara is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Suarez Ferrara worked for UBS’s FinTech Investment Banking team within the firm’s Technology vertical and Software subvertical, as well as J.P. Morgan’s FinTech Investment Banking team within the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. In these roles, he originated and executed M&A, debt, and equity transactions for companies operating at the intersection of technology and finance.
Previously, Mr. Suarez Ferrara worked for J.P. Morgan’s Leveraged Finance Group and Credit Suisse’s Financial Sponsors Group. Earlier, he worked as an Analyst for J.P. Morgan in New York and the Council of Economic Advisers in Washington, D.C., where he helped provide objective economic analyses to the Executive Office of the President.
Mr. Suarez Ferrara holds a B.A. from Lafayette College, where he graduated magna cum laude. He also earned an MBA from Cornell University and a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge, where he graduated with honors.
