Mr. Taylor is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has advised companies and secured/junior creditor constituents in in-court and out-of-court restructurings, recapitalizations, M&A processes, and expert report assignments. Mr. Taylor is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Taylor’s representative restructuring and recapitalization experience includes Cirque du Soleil, Valaris PLC, Array Canada, Sungard AS, Bed Bath & Beyond, WeWork, and Cardone Industries, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Taylor was an Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Advisors in New York.
Mr. Taylor holds a B.A. and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
