Mr. Rosenstadt is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he spent two years at Alantra, advising on domestic and international M&A transactions across both sellside and buyside mandates.
Before that, Mr. Rosenstadt spent three years at Carlsquare, where he was involved in sellside, buyside, and growth equity engagements.
Mr. Rosenstadt holds an MSc in Finance and Investments and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
