Mr. Widmann is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, focused on the specialty distribution space across various subsectors. He is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Mr. Widmann brings significant M&A and capital markets expertise, advising leadership teams, financial sponsors, and both public and private companies in the B2B distribution sector. His experience spans global assignments across diverse end markets, including automotive supplies, industrial automation, electronics and IT, specialty films, specialty packaging, jan-san, and MRO/OEM.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Widmann spent more than a decade at Baird, where he was a Director and co-led the build-out of the company’s European Distribution Investment Banking.
Mr. Widmann holds a B.S. in International Finance from Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) and earned an M.S. in Management with distinction from the University of Edinburgh, graduating first in class.
