Mr. Charbonnier is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group.
Previously, Mr. Charbonnier worked for Audere Partners (operating under the Natixis Partners brand), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026. Before that, he created Leonardo’s Paris Debt Advisory team, which became Natixis Partners in 2015. Mr. Charbonnier has three decades of extensive financing experience, first in acquisition and leveraged finance at IKB, Deutsche Bank, and Rabobank, and then in debt advisory at Leonardo, Natixis Partners, and Audere Partners. He began his career at PwC in audit and transaction services.
Mr. Charbonnier holds master’s degrees from ESCP Business School and ISC Business School.
