Mr. Charbonnier is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, he worked for Audere Partners, operating under the Natixis Partners brand, before the firm was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. Prior to that, he founded Leonardo’s Paris Debt Advisory team, which became Natixis Partners in 2015. Mr. Charbonnier has more than 30 years of financing experience. He began his career in acquisition and leveraged finance at IKB, Deutsche Bank, and Rabobank, before moving into debt advisory roles at Leonardo, Natixis Partners, and Audere Partners. He started his professional career at PwC, working in audit and transaction services.
Mr. Charbonnier holds master’s degrees from ESCP Business School and ISC Business School.
