Ms. Orr is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. She is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Ms. Orr worked for Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Prior to this, she worked for Blackpeak Capital in Australia, where she advised on a range of buyside and sellside M&A and ECM transactions across various industries, including TMT.
Ms. Orr holds a BCom in Economics from Macquarie University, and Master of Economic Analysis and Master of Business Laws degrees from the University of Sydney.
