Mr. Bali is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business and leads technology coverage. His experience comprises M&A and advisory transactions for both publicly listed and private companies as well as debt and equity capital raisings. Mr. Bali is based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Mr. Bali has more than 15 years of corporate finance experience working in the telecoms, media, and technology sectors in Australia and the U.K. His deal experience includes advising on transactions in the software, IT services, digital media/internet, marketing services, education, and entertainment subsectors.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bali was a Director at Luminis Partners (the Australian affiliate of Evercore) and was a member of the Telecom, Media, and Technology teams at both Deutsche Bank and Jefferies in London.
Mr. Bali holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and a graduate diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia. He has also studied at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
