Mr. Nayyar is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Board and Special Committee Advisory practice. He focuses on advising boards of directors, special committees, GPs of private equity firms, company management, and other constituents in evaluating transaction proposals and understanding critical deal-related issues. Mr. Nayyar also advises real estate management companies on a variety of valuation and transaction-related issues, including internalization transactions, capital raises, and charter amendments. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Nayyar has executed more than 100 fairness and solvency opinions related to buyside and sellside mergers and acquisitions, REIT transactions, going-private transactions, internalizations, debt and equity offerings, spinoffs, special dividends, stock repurchases, and asset sales.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Nayyar worked for Delta Air Lines, Inc., as a Financial Analyst.
Mr. Nayyar graduated magna cum laude, with honors, with a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.
