Mr. Drury is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial
Advisory Services business. His primary responsibilities include financial
analysis and engagement management for private equity, hedge fund, and
corporate clients involving valuations of equity and debt securities. Mr.
Drury’s additional experience includes intangible asset valuation,
goodwill-impairment testing, and purchase price allocations, as well as
fairness, solvency, capital adequacy, and other transaction-related opinions. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Before rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Drury was a Vice
President within the Corporate Finance practice of Deloitte & Touche, where
he assisted clients with capital structure, capital raises of both debt and
equity, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives, and general financial
advisory, including business valuation. Mr. Drury was also Chief of Staff
within the Valuation practice of Deloitte supporting executive leadership with
operations, strategy, communications, financial reporting and analysis,
financial planning, monitoring revenue pipeline and backlog, and staffing
requirements.
Past experiences also include working at Fortress
Investment Group as part of its Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund, which
makes diversified investments globally in assets, opportunistic lending
situations, and securities throughout the capital structure.
Mr. Drury earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa,
from Furman University.
