Mr. Fröjd is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He advises clients across Europe in the SaaS, e-commerce, online travel, and communications sectors. Mr. Fröjd is based in the firm’s Stockholm office.
Previously, Mr. Fröjd was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA as part of the acquisition of Stella EOC, where he was a Founding Partner. Mr. Fröjd has also worked as an M&A Manager at the Kinnevik Group, and before that, he was the CEO of Tele2 Norway and a management team member of the Tele2 Group. He also worked for a tech VC company in Stockholm and Boston.
Mr. Fröjd holds M.S. degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Uppsala University and the University of Auckland.
