Mr. McCutcheon is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses primarily on advising clients in the IT services industry, with specific domain expertise in Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Enterprise Application implementation and managed services. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. McCutcheon’s recent transactions include the sale of Sparq to Harvest Ascend, the sale of Neudesic to IBM, the sale of Magenic to Cognizant, the acquisition of Hero Digital by AEA, and the sale of Exadel to Sun Capital.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. McCutcheon was a Vice President at Bowstring Advisors, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for IT services and software businesses.
Mr. McCutcheon holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
