Mr. McCutcheon is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses primarily on advising clients in the IT and HR services industries on sellside and buyside M&A, debt and equity financings, strategic alternatives assessments, and valuations. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. McCutcheon’s recent transactions include the sale of Avanxo to Globant (NYSE:GLOB); the sale of AIM Consulting to Addison Group; the sale of McKinnis Consulting Services to Navigant Consulting (NYSE:NCI); the recapitalization of Collaborative Solutions by Westview Capital; and the sale of Solstice Mobile to St. Ives Group (now known as Kin and Carta (LON:KCT)).
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. McCutcheon was a Vice President at Bowstring Advisors, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for IT services and software businesses.
Mr. McCutcheon holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
