Ms. Hu is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. Her primary responsibilities include financial analysis and engagement management for private equity and hedge fund clients involving valuations of equity and debt securities.
Before rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Hu was a Manager within Macquarie’s North America Credit Group. She was responsible for preparing analysis with a thorough assessment of credit and equity risk and presenting to and seeking approval from key stakeholders for Macquarie’s commercial real estate investments and corporate transactions. Her transaction experience included merger financing, SPAC transactions, and real estate development projects. She also worked on the investment team at ATW Partners, investing in companies with a growth profile.
Ms. Hu holds a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Singapore and a master’s degree in Financial Engineering from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley
