Reed Anderson

Mr. Anderson is Head of Industrials, North America, and Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Specialty Distribution practice. He focuses on M&A, capital raising, special situations, and restructuring advisory. Mr. Anderson co-founded the firm’s Corporate Finance business in Minneapolis and has served on the firm’s global Technical Standards Committee. His diverse experience includes transactions across industrials; business services; consumer, food, and retail; healthcare; technology; and real estate, lodging, and leisure. Mr. Anderson is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Anderson was with Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard), where he focused on M&A advisory. Earlier, he was with Capital Resource Advisors, a management consulting practice, and Banc of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities), where he advised public and private companies regarding M&A activities and capital raising, as well as identified and evaluated private equity investment opportunities for that firm’s proprietary investment. 

Mr. Anderson graduated with honors in Economics from Harvard University.
