Mr. Marcotuli is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on providing buyside and sellside financial due diligence and other advisory services to private equity and corporate clients. Mr. Marcotuli’s primary sectors of focus include industrials, business services, and consumer, food, and retail. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Marcotuli has consulted clients on various acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions with enterprise values ranging from less than $10 million to more than $4 billion. His experience spans a wide array of transaction advisory services, including quality of earnings, net working capital, indebtedness, operational data analytics, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Marcotuli was a Manager in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, where he spent four years primarily supporting private equity clients in the industrials, financial services, technology, healthcare, and consumer, food, and retail sectors.
Mr. Marcotuli holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
