Mr. Raudsepp is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, covering the Nordics. He has extensive M&A experience across various consumer subsectors with a focus on consumer goods, e-commerce, and other consumer-driven digital businesses. He is based in the firm's Stockholm office.
Previously, Mr. Raudsepp was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA, he gained M&A and corporate finance experience from Stella EOC in London and Stockholm, and Nordea in Stockholm.
Mr. Raudsepp holds an M.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
