Mr. Malik is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has worked on several restructuring transactions, including Murray Energy Corp., Westmoreland Mining Holdings, Celsius Network, Genesis Global, Abra Group Ltd., GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A., and Allegheny Metallurgical. Mr. Malik is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Prior to rejoining Houlihan Lokey in 2021, Mr. Malik was an Analyst at Moelis & Co., focused on private capital markets.
Mr. Malik holds a B.S.B. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
