Mr. Hendriks is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He focuses on national and cross-border transactions for corporate and private equity clients and has a deep knowledge of a variety of industries and sectors. Mr. Hendriks is based in the firm’s Amsterdam office.
Previously, Mr. Hendriks was a Managing Director at Leonardo & Co., a European financial advisory firm focusing on independent advice in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and restructuring, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015.
Prior to Leonardo & Co., Mr. Hendriks was an Investment Director at Babcock & Brown. He started his career at BNP Paribas in Corporate & Investment Banking in Amsterdam, where he rose to the role of Director.
Mr. Hendriks holds a degree in Business Science from Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen.
