Mr. Henry is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, primarily focusing on digital infrastructure. He is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Since joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Henry has gained considerable transaction experience and has been a part of the core execution team for three notable transactions: American Tower’s acquisition of DataSite, American Tower’s acquisition of CoreSite, and Steadfast Network’s sale to ColoHouse. He also has experience working in communications software and sports technology with the firm’s Software team.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Henry was a professional baseball player in the Milwaukee Brewers organization, where he played three seasons for its minor league affiliates Carolina Mudcats and Wisconsin Timer Rattlers. He was drafted in the 39th round of the 2017 MLB First Year Player Draft. During his off seasons of professional baseball, Mr. Henry worked as an intern for sports technology startup Micro Fantasy and as a portfolio analyst for Ocean Capital.
Mr. Henry holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University. While there, he participated in the Brown University Investment Group and was a captain of the baseball team.
