Mr. Kordas is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group and leads coverage of the energy field services and equipment sector. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
With more than 15 years of industry experience advising corporates and financial sponsors on a range of M&A and financing transactions across the energy services and equipment sector, Mr. Kordas has broad deal experience across a wide range of energy subsectors globally.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kordas was a Managing Director and Head of Energy Services & Equipment at RBC Capital Markets, based in Houston and Chicago. Before that, he was a Vice President at Moelis & Co., where his coverage focused on industrials.
Mr. Kordas holds a B.S. from DePaul University in Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
