Mr. Oudman is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He has over two decades of corporate finance experience with an extensive track record in national and cross-border M&A transactions for listed and privately held companies across all sectors, including industrials, technology, media, services, distribution, food, consumer goods, retail, energy, and financial institutions. Mr. Oudman is based in the firm’s Amsterdam office.
Previously, Mr. Oudman was a Managing Director at Leonardo & Co., a European financial advisory firm focusing on independent advice in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and restructuring, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015.
Prior to that, Mr. Oudman was with BNP Paribas Corporate Finance in Amsterdam, where he was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance in the Netherlands. He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand Corporate Finance in Amsterdam.
Mr. Oudman holds an M.Sc. in Business Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and an E.M. in Financial Controlling from VU University Amsterdam. He has also completed the “New Board Program” at Nyenrode University.
