Mr. Aybinder is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Opinions practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Aybinder was a Portfolio Management Associate for a Private Wealth Management group at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he worked in Morgan Stanley’s core Wealth Management business in a similar capacity. Mr. Aybinder started his career at UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Financial Advisor and later a Registered Branch Service Associate.
Mr. Aybinder holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University. He is a CFA charterholder.
