Mr. Ober is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He is based in the firm’s Zurich office.
Previously, Mr. Ober was a Vice President at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he worked as an Investment Manager at a boutique private equity firm, where he gathered transaction experience in consumer goods, industrials, construction materials, luxury goods, and tech-enabled services. Earlier, Mr. Ober completed internships in M&A within Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Department; in equity sales and trading with UBS; and in restructuring advisory with KPMG.
Mr. Ober holds an M.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
