Mr. Rosenberg is Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Special Committee Advisory and Fairness and Solvency Opinions practices and serves on the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory Executive Committee. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Rosenberg has three decades of experience providing investment banking, board advisory, and transaction opinion services to public and private companies. He has advised boards of directors and special committees on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, capital raises, strategic alternatives, and complex corporate governance issues in a variety of industries. 

Mr. Rosenberg’s clients have included Abercrombie & Fitch; American Airlines; Athene Holding Ltd.; Carrols Restaurant Group; Clear Channel Outdoor; Eagle Bulk Shipping; Eaton Vance; Eastman Kodak; FGL Holdings; GE Capital; Greenhill & Co.; Inspire Brands; KAYAK Software; LUKOIL; Orbitz; R1 RCM; Tesla, Inc.; Tory Burch; Travelport; and Veolia, among other public companies.

Mr. Rosenberg speaks frequently at the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he was a Principal at Indigo Ventures, a merchant bank focused on growth equity investments, where he sourced, structured, and negotiated investments in the technology, healthcare, media, and specialty manufacturing industries. Earlier, Mr. Rosenberg was a Vice President with McFarland Dewey & Co., a boutique investment bank focused on providing M&A advisory services to Fortune 500 companies. He began his career as a member of JPMorgan Chase’s investment bank, completing transactions in the leveraged finance and M&A groups. In 2014, Mr. Rosenberg was named a “40 Under 40” winner by The M&A Advisor magazine.

Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the board of directors of the Prospect Park Alliance, a nonprofit organization that oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term stewardship of Prospect Park in Brooklyn.

Mr. Rosenberg holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University and MBAs from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and from London Business School.
