Mr. Wagon is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has significant experience in national and cross-border M&A transactions (buyside and sellside), working for both corporate and private equity clients, with a particular focus on the food and drink sectors. Mr. Wagon is based in the firm’s Munich office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2022, Mr. Wagon was an Associate Director at goetzpartners, a Munich-based advisory and strategy advisor.
Mr. Wagon holds an M.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Bayreuth.
