Mr. Zarnoch is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has over a decade of experience advising clients on valuations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and financial restructurings, and other transaction-related financial advisory services. Mr. Zarnoch has extensive valuation experience within the private equity, power, and renewables industries advising global clients with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; bankruptcy, reorganization, and restructurings; tax planning and compliance; litigation and dispute resolution; strategic planning; and other financial advisory services. He is based in the firm's Dallas office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Zarnoch was a Senior Manager in the Economic and Valuation Services group of KPMG.
Mr. Zarnoch received a B.S. in International Affairs from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
