Mr. Parikh is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group, focused on direct and co-investment transactions. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Parikh worked at PJT Park Hill, having joined the firm in 2021. While at PJT Park Hill, he was a key member of the Private Equity Directs project management team, originating and executing capital raises for a variety of sponsors globally. Mr. Parikh also managed selected limited partner relationships across the U.S. Prior to joining PJT Park Hill, he worked at Citigroup Global Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst on its Leveraged Finance team, focused on executing sponsor-backed debt financing transactions.
Mr. Parikh holds a B.S. in Business with concentrations in Finance and Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
