Ross Rosenstein

Director

Mr. Rosenstein is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He helps spearhead the firm’s maritime shipping and offshore oil services efforts. Mr. Rosenstein is based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Rosenstein has more than 15 years of investment banking experience, including M&A, corporate restructurings, and the issuance of debt and equity securities. He has advised major parties in interest across a variety of transactions, including Del Monte Foods; Eagle Bulk Shipping; Robertshaw Controls Company; Floatel International Ltd.; Perch; Port of Wilmington; Borden Dairy Co.; Bristow Group Inc.; Tidewater Inc.; Great Value Storage; Danaos Corp.; Envision Healthcare; Sears Holdings Corp.; Claire’s Stores, Inc.; and Millar Western, among others.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rosenstein spent five years in investment banking primarily focused on maritime, oil and gas, and natural resources transactions. He began his career with Wachovia Securities in the U.S. and then moved to the United Arab Emirates to help start the investment banking arm of Clarksons (now Clarksons Platou Securities).

Mr. Rosenstein holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and a J.D./MBA from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Darden School of Business.
