Ross Rosenstein

Director

Mr. Rosenstein is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group and helps spearhead the firm’s maritime shipping and offshore oil services efforts. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Rosenstein has over a decade of investment banking experience, including corporate restructurings, M&A, and the issuance of debt and equity securities. He has advised major parties in interest in both in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions, including Floatel International Ltd.; Borden Dairy Co.; Bristow Group Inc.; Tidewater Inc.; Danaos Corp.; Envision Healthcare; Sears Holdings Corp.; Claire’s Stores, Inc.; and Millar Western, among others.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rosenstein spent five years in investment banking primarily focused on maritime, oil and gas, and natural resources transactions. He began his career with Wachovia Securities in the U.S. and then moved to the United Arab Emirates to help start the investment banking arm of Clarksons (now Clarksons Platou Securities).

Mr. Rosenstein holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and a J.D./MBA from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Darden School of Business.
