Mr. Angelos is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He provides M&A and other financial advisory services to clients across multiple verticals within the environmental impact and facility services sectors. Mr. Angelos has more than a decade of banking experience advising on M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions across the business services universe. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Angelos was a Vice President at Guggenheim Partners, where he provided financial advisory services to companies across the mobility ecosystem. Before that, he was a member of the global industrials coverage team at Barclays, where he focused on public company advisory and M&A. Mr. Angelos began his career with JPMorgan Chase, where he worked as a Credit Analyst.
Mr. Angelos holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
