Ryan Lund
Managing Director Co-Head of U.S. Technology, Global Co-Head of SoftwareMr. Lund is Co-Head of U.S. Technology and Global Co-Head of Software within Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s Miami office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lund was at UBS, where he was a Managing Director and Global Head of Software Investment Banking. Before that, he was Global Head of Software for RBC Capital Markets and spent more than 20 years at Raymond James, where he co-led the enterprise software investment banking team. Since 1999, Mr. Lund has advised on more than 100 M&A, public capital markets, and private capital transactions for software companies.
Mr. Lund graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
