Mr. Verola is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Power & Utilities Group. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Verola has advised clients on valuations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and financial restructurings, tax planning, and other transaction-related financial advisory services to domestic and international public and private businesses within the power and utilities and renewables industries. He has extensive experience in the valuation of publicly traded and closely held businesses, common stock (on both a controlling and minority basis), preferred stock, stock options and warrants, debt instruments, and various intangible assets.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Verola worked in KPMG LLP’s Economic and Valuation Services practice, where he was responsible for valuation analyses for financial reporting and tax purposes as well as transfer pricing analyses.
Mr. Verola holds a B.S. in Finance and Management and an MSF from Florida State University. He is a CFA charterholder.
