Mr. Whyte is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. His practice emphasizes industrial and infrastructure services, focusing on businesses that provide highly technical maintenance, repair, and other complementary solutions to the installed base of mission-critical industrial process equipment and industrial and utility infrastructure. Mr. Whyte works on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and strategic advisory engagements. He is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Mr. Whyte has worked in investment banking for more than a decade and has extensive transaction experience across industrial and infrastructure services. His clients span a range of solutions and models, including equipment maintenance and repair, technical field services, mechanical, electrical, and civil contractors, and utility service providers that address diverse industrial end markets and applications.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Whyte worked at Piper Sandler, where he focused on industrial and infrastructure services.
Mr. Whyte holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
