Mr. Deguchi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He has nearly a decade of M&A advisory experience and has advised on M&A transactions for chemical, construction materials, pulp and paper, and various other industrial companies. He is based in the firm's Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Deguchi was an Associate in the Industrial Group at GCA Corp., which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Deguchi holds a B.A. in Economics from Hitotsubashi University.
