Mr. Fujino is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group.
Mr. Fujino joined Houlihan Lokey from PwC Advisory Co., Ltd., where he served as a Managing Director in the firm’s valuation and strategy practice.
During his career, Mr. Fujino has led cross-border and Japanese M&A advisory projects, advising both Japanese and foreign multinational companies in various industries. His expertise includes strategy planning, structuring, process control, and negotiations in M&A transactions; post-merger integration advisory; business valuation, including valuations for financial reporting, purchase price allocation, and litigation support; and shareholder valuation management.
Previously, Mr. Fujino served as Chief Manager of the Stock Investment Department of Nippon Life Insurance Co. in Tokyo. He also held a position with the Japan Center for International Finance in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Fujino holds a B.A. in Economics from Keio University and an M.I.P.P from Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
