Mr. Shroff is a Vice President in the Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has more than a decade of valuation experience in the real estate industry across India and the United States. He is based in the firm's Mumbai office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Shroff was an Assistant Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai, where he was responsible for smooth delivery and executive oversight of real estate valuation studies across West India. He has provided valuation and advisory services to private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, alternate investment funds, banks, NBFCs, developers, and corporates in relation to asset classes such as commercial, retail, residential, warehousing, life sciences, etc.
Previously, Mr. Shroff worked as a Senior Associate with Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services (India), where he provided valuation advice to clients for various purposes such as financial reporting, asset acquisition/disposition, litigation and arbitration cases, as well as regulatory compliance, including FEMA, RBI, and income tax regulations. Earlier, he worked for Deloitte.
Mr. Shroff holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science, from Mumbai University. He also holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) from the K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management. Mr. Shroff has completed Level II of his CFA exam.
