Mr. Fuller is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group. He is a leisure, retail, and e-commerce sector expert and has extensive corporate finance experience, having led a significant number or both public and private transactions. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Fuller was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. At GCA he was Head of the London office and also ran the UK Consumer team.
Mr. Fuller’s notable experience includes leading the largest ever IPO on AIM of Victorian Plumbing plc and also has floated Loungers plc and Footasylum plc. In terms of M&A, he has led the sales of Watchfinder, Amscan, Footasylum, Sparta Global, and Prezzo.
Mr. Fuller holds a degree in Geography from Oxford University.
