Mr. Peterson is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. His experience includes fairness opinions, solvency opinions, ESOP-related transactions, and purchase price allocations. Mr. Peterson is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Peterson was a Senior Associate in RSM’s Business Valuation Practice, where he provided valuations for gift and estate tax planning and financial reporting purposes. Additionally, he assisted with providing litigation support services, specifically for business disputes.
Mr. Peterson earned a B.S. in Business with a focus in finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
