Saqib Deen

Director

Mr. Deen is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has two decades of experience in the financial industry. Mr. Deen is based in the firm’s Dubai office.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Deen was a Director in the Special Situations Group at NatWest Markets, where he was responsible for managing corporate credit investments in the UK and Western Europe. Before that, he was a Senior Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas, focusing on European investment opportunities. Mr. Deen has also worked at CarVal and Spire Partners, focusing on par and distressed investment opportunities in Europe as well as the Middle East. He started his career with J.P. Morgan in New York and worked across different areas of the bank, including leveraged finance and M&A. As part of the distressed trading desk at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Deen led the Middle East effort, investing in a number of distressed opportunities in the region.

Mr. Deen holds a B.A. in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University.
