Mr. Gopavaram is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He specializes in valuing corporate debt, convertible instruments, equity, options, and contingent considerations for private equity clients, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Mr. Gopavaram is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Gopavaram worked at EY in the Quantitative Finance and Economics service division in New York and in Portfolio Valuation at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in India.
Mr. Gopavaram holds an M.S. in Quantitative and Computational Finance and an M.S. in Computational Science and Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
