Mr. Richardson is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. In his more than two decades of M&A experience, he has completed transactions on four continents, in the following industries: consumer products, business services, direct marketing, printing, healthcare products and services, and industrial products manufacturing and distribution. He has advised many public and private companies in M&A transactions, debt and equity capital raising, strategic planning, and exit strategies. Mr. Richardson is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Richardson was a Managing Director at a middle-market investment banking firm specializing in M&A advisory. Before that, he directed domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for the Pillsbury Company. Earlier, he worked for the North American subsidiary of the British conglomerate Albert Fisher, where he directed strategic planning and executed numerous acquisitions. He speaks frequently on M&A-related topics, and he serves on the audit committee for the privately owned Holiday Companies.
Mr. Richardson graduated with a specialization in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
