Mr. Rajpara is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rajpara was an Associate at Kroll Bond Rating Agency in New York, where he worked on the credit rating of commercial asset-backed securities.
Mr. Rajpara holds a B.Com. from Ahmedabad University, an M.Com. from Gujarat University, and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
